Liqvd Digital India IPO Closes 1.58 Times Subscribed, HNIs Lead Demand
The initial public offering of Liqvd Digital India closed on Friday with overall demand of 1.58 times the shares on offer, capping a three-day subscription window for the digital marketing and media solutions company's SME listing.
Subscription Breakdown
Demand across investor categories was uneven. Big high-net-worth individuals, bidding above Rs 10 lakh, drove the bulk of the interest, subscribing 10.54 times their allocated quota by the close of bidding. The Qualified Institutional Buyer category stayed fully subscribed at 1.00 times throughout the window, a steady if unspectacular showing. Retail investors were the laggards, with the individual investor category subscribing just 0.37 times, suggesting the issue found more favour with sophisticated, high-ticket bidders than with everyday retail applicants.
About The Company And Issue
Founded in 2013, Liqvd Digital India provides end-to-end digital marketing services, including content production, media planning and buying, social media management, online reputation management, influencer marketing through an in-house creator network, and web and app development. Its client base spans large enterprises and direct-to-consumer brands across IT, FMCG, logistics, financial services, manufacturing and healthcare.
The issue, priced in a band of Rs 51 to Rs 54 per share, comprised a fresh issue of shares worth Rs 34.14 crore and an offer for sale of 9.02 lakh shares worth roughly Rs 4.87 crore, together adding up to a Rs 39.01 crore book-built offering. Of the total 75.94 lakh shares on offer, just over half were reserved for retail individual investors, with the rest split between QIBs and non-institutional investors.
Financial Snapshot
The company's FY26 numbers show consolidated revenue from operations of Rs 60.23 crore, against standalone revenue of roughly Rs 24.87 crore in FY25, a sharp jump that reflects both organic growth and a shift to consolidated reporting. Profit before tax came in at Rs 10.51 crore for the period.
What's Next
Allotment for the issue is expected to be finalised on September 28, with shares credited to successful applicants' demat accounts on September 29. Liqvd Digital India is scheduled to make its market debut on the BSE SME platform on September 30, where its listing-day performance will be the first real test of investor appetite beyond the HNI category that dominated bidding this week.
